Looks like former Nebraska AG Jon Bruning bought it. Sounds like Frost still owns his place on Lake Allure though. I wonder if he would have kept this one if he had stayed at NU.

The price seemed a little steep. Brendan Stai had a nicer house on the market a few years ago for half the price. Silver Springs area. Before the big market jump.

Who would pay $3.5 mill for a house in Lincoln? For that price I would expect 30 acres or at least lakefront.

bought the house for i think 1.5 or 1.8. wonder how much he spent on improvements. I wish I had stupid money where i could willy nilly buy a multi million dollar house, but actually i wish I just had all the money i needed for all my home improvements.

They remodeled everything. That place sat empty for quite a few years. The interior was full on 80s cringe

Yes but if he stayed at UCF he would have continued to win and there would always be a push to bring him to Lincoln.
I think the Frost era was the inevitable last gasp of the Osborne era.

He really should be giving at least half of his income he was paid while at Nebraska to McKenzie Milton

It may have been nice and on a couple lots but for Lincoln NE a house basically behind Costco and not an acreage or on a lake the price seems way too high.
Yeah, didn't have to pay that much,
makes you wonder a bit
