It seems like Cichy hasn't been blocked on a single blitz all half.

Cichy on blitzes is to USC o-line as Dererk Pardon is to Nebraska big men on rebound opportunities

Did Cichy actually physically affect the pass? Not that it matters - he sure rushed the throw. Looked like Kessler had to jump over his own players as he was passing.

Well, so much for the B1G West being the worst P5 division.

Even w/ that mind-blowingly awful whistle, the Badgers pull out the W.

The B1G can play D.

And for all the grief Stave has gotten, he now has the most wins out of any Wisky QB (which means that he is the best Badger to ever play QB and that it didn't really have much to do w/ the talent around him).

Too bad that slow, unathletic, 3-star B1G teams can't compete with the ultra athletic, fast, 4+-star teams in the PAC and other conferences.

B1G West is now 3-0 in bowl games. Will be 5-0 after Iowa and the 'Cats take care of business on Friday.

At worst, the West can do no worse than 3-2 which is a lot better than what most of the experts have stated.

And the West this season has managed to beat Stanford, USC and UCLA (2 which played in the PAC title game) - and remember all the talk during the season about how deep and loaded the PAC was?

Any day that USC loses is a good day, even in the middle of the night.

No, not even 3-stars. Wisconsin's zero-star All-American LB is a former walk-on.

Stave also walked on, as did Wisconsin's best WR, Alex Ericson. Before this year, Jared Abbrederis, now at Green Bay, had walked on. Wisconsin has a lot of quality non-scholarship players, seemingly one or two at key positions per year.

PAC 10 is deep and loaded in talent. For example, each of the five classes we witnessed USC field belonged to top 10 recruiting classes save for 2013 when sanctions limited the number the scholarships the program could offer (that class was ranked 13th anyway). There are eight highly touted five-star players currently on the roster. All this despite four different head coaches in four years. USC just turns over and squanders so much talent annually. Too many distractions in LA perhaps.

It was something. But none of our opponents has lost a bowl game yet.

And even then Indy took Duke to overtime.

Another good day for Northwestern and the B1G both on the gridiron and bb court as it was a bonus seeing Northwestern's win against Nebraska scroll across the screen during the Holiday Bowl broadcast.

OK - I meant that all the talking heads were saying how the PAC was the best conference this season.

And while the PAC is deep and loaded in talent, it's primarily at the skill positions.

The PAC is weaker in the trenches - where games are often won or lost.
