Is this even an actual bowl game or just something Boise and Washington decided to do early to perhaps keep their players engaged so they don’t jump to the portal so quickly? I don’t ever remember any bowl games the same weekend as the Army/Navy game and the Heisman presentation. Typically the Army/Navy game was the only game this weekend.
