Since I’m in the arena I’ll probably only post at halftime but figured I’d better start a thread given all the posts expressing disinterest in basketball. GO TU!!!

Yell loudly Nevada. I have no faith in this program at the moment. I’m about 15 minutes from watching old movies on HBO max.

We’re playing OK. People hate Haywood and it’s stupid. He’s one of our better defensive players. Griffin is good.

We’ve gotta keep some starters in there. With no ball handling and no shoot we went from one up to four down quickly.

Good video on mountain west. Funny that announcer talked to Boise coach before game and he told them Boise would get a lot of open threes but needed to make them.

A typical Haith substitution nightmare I think he TRIES to let us lose.
TU offensive just short on every shot
Boise is mediocre and beatable but Haith can’t get the job done

Down 1 at the half. If we can hit some shots in the second half we should be in good shape. We only shot 37% that first half

The last play was something we need more of. Getting Horne and Griffin open looks. Got to run special plays just for them instead of freelance so much.

Tulsa is 10-27 from the field but 4-8 from deep
Boise is 11-20 from the field and 5-10 from deep

We are just not very good. Poor shooting. No one that can drive and really bad defense on the perimeter. Makes it tough to win games
Such few open looks. when we get them we shoot ok

i still dont understand that play from griffin running down and taking that off balance jumper
