Bryan Antoine possibly transferring

Between Antione and Scotty Lewis somehow declaring for the NBA draft and signing with an agent, are 2 of the most puzzling decisions either could make.
Antione is more athlete than player....I have no idea if he can even be a current version of a glue guy, defense guy like Eugene was at this stage of college hoops.....he has so few minutes and playing time, it is hard to know where he is.
My guess is one of the potential Villanova kids is returning vs leaving for the NBA and with Rutgers Prep PF, 2021 recruit, Trey Patterson coming in early and technically reclassified to 2020, minutes will be at a premium at Nova.

From what I hear, he's like UF bound. Also heard that UF coach pushed Lewis out as he was a "cancer in the locker room"
Quinerly and Antione are two recent NJ kids who have not had great experiences at Villanova. I did not think Patterson and Antione would be competing for the same minutes.
I wasn’t impressed with Patterson watching him several times in HS, will be interesting how he pans out. Has the body and some skills hence potential, but I never saw the motor.
So Antoine is going to transfer to a team that just pushed out his HS teammate? That's interesting.
Strange to me that neither of them have improved much since they were young HS players. I will be shocked if Lewis gets drafted.
Don’t really understand how these two kids are still controlled by Klatskey . They are done with the high school and aau scene , but they still can’t make there own decisions ? Me thinks some payments were involved along the way. Not too tough to figure out
What would be great is If Bryan didn't go to UF and the UF coach picked another walk on and removed klatsky all together
It's a weird situation to say the least. Seems like the only one benefitting from this relationship is Klatskeys kid.
All Ik is Jaden Jones went to the same basketball camp as Patterson and Jones outperformed him.
Patterson and Jones are both players who understand the game and play within the system. The Villanova system is not reliant or looking for the best athletes, they are specifically looking for a player who fits into the system and plays under control.
If you watch Robinson-Earl and Jermaine Samuel's, neither are plus athletes.....they're fundamentally sound with their feet and pivots and Patterson fits that role.
As far as Antione....as many times as fans don't want to hear it, there is a very, very small pool of players in the tristate area that have the ability to bypass picking the biggest brand and pick the best fit for their game. I don't know whether Jay Wright has an actual role in their system for Antoine as much as some Villanova fans probably want to acknowledge.
Klatsky is more interested in his own image than where his players go as long as they go to an out of state big name school. Not sure he cares about the fit. There have also been a number of articles on how Ranney has become a hoops power house. Read them and see what you think. Most if not all questions will be answered. I thought the writers were not big fans of his.
Antoine’s family lives in a condo in Tinton Falls that is owned by Klatsky’s parents. Lewis moved from Atlanta to the Bronx because of financial trouble. Suddenly, his mom moved the family to a home in Hazlet owned by Klatsky himself. Then, they both went to Ranney with Klatsky’s son, and played on the AAU team he founded. He owns these kids.
If Antoine transfers to Florida, the NCAA has to investigate him.
