Who's doing better?? Are you serious? We've won two total postseason games since 2019 and had the worst season in school history. I can name about 50 coaches doing better.
Nice hot take. It has nothing to do with to spite Cal. It has everything to do with he is the highest paid coach in College Basketball. Any coach anywhere in the top 10 of coaching salaries should be able to coach an efficient offense. We don’t need to be the Alabama of coaches with advisors and assistants all over the place. Demand the coach making $10 million to actually coach and produce results. Not become more hands off and lazy. All adding an offensive or defensive only assistant does it provide said coach with a scapegoat if things don’t go well. All they have to do is blame said assistant and replace them to buy themselves more time.

Then reduce his damn salary and start again if we are going to meet all his demands that also requires UK spending more money just to make him seem more competent. He is the problem. Address the problem and make him adjust or leave. Plenty of coaches out there who in the last several years have produced equal or better results with less talent.

I wanted Cal to succeed more than anything. Really thought we would win multiple titles under him. Cal was my first and only option when the position opened. First few years were great. Now it is time to understand it is in both parties interest to part ways. Don’t be one of those fans happy that we turn in to Indiana just because you love Cal. It is about winning and competing for titles at the winningest program in history. Oh sorry I meant used to be winningest program in history. Also Cal‘s goal is not championships.
