It’s almost hypocritical because they promote that in a lot of the commercials. I don’t know if anyone remembers but the one from last season that was shown on ESPN was nothing but scenes of Ole Miss and Tennessee tearing down their goal post but now suddenly it’s a bad thing.

What should have been the biggest moment in recent history for the Mississippi State football program has turned into a bit of a nightmare for the university, thanks to the SEC.

I read that (not sure why) but it came off as more derogatory to the SEC office than the fans... what did I miss?

You can tell the talking points went out to all the Ole Miss alums in the media to find a way to disparage State after the big win. Only State gets bad press for storming the field!
