Considering the weather forecast, anyone know if BA has umbrella restrictions? Don't think they did in 2013 but as they are more restrictive now, just wondering. TIA

I have a pair thanks. I'm concerned about my daughter who is cancer survivor. So thanks for all the smart-alec responses.
Some of you people are seriously awful human beings. Like what in the world is wrong with asking if they allow umbrellas inside the arena? Such an innocent question. I'd hate to see what kind of response some of you'd have to a real problem. Sheesh.

To answer your question, it doesn't look like it, but if I were you or your daughter, I would buy a cheap one at a Walgreens or something, then you if have to ditch it you're not out a good umbrella.

I know they tightened some restrictions this year but I'd imagine an umbrella would still be fine. However, I'd suggest just wearing a rain jacket or something so you don't have to deal with the umbrella at your seats.

I'm surprised they don't allow gopro cams and selfie sticks. Other than being obnoxious, is there a practical reason to prevent? Maybe selfie sticks are a good way to disguise police batons? 
I just called Bridgestone Box Office since I could not find info in the FAQ section and I wanted know also.
They said that umbrellas ARE permitted. Hope you and your daughter have a great time!!

The sidewalks are really crowded around the arena during tournament time. An umbrella can be cumbersome to use. Winds whip through the streets, too. A poncho or rain coat may be an easier option.

Yeah, this is the worst of our fan base coming out. It's a sad state when you have to tell people about your daughter for them to feel bad about being smart asses and making fun of you just for asking a legit question.
