Boycott the bowl game.

If the STAR players can sit out...then so should we fans. No tickets. No TV eyeballs. No interest. Then do the same after the first DH inspired loss during any season since it would eliminate the Mountaineers chances at the playoffs. Once the money dries up perhaps the system will regain sanity. F...all the quitters.

Hahahahahahahahahaha

Thanks for that.

Better yet start an internet petition

Note people are already boycotting with ticket sales cause they're a total ripoff and those of us who go figured that out. Take in a few road games and it's a better deal.

Btw there are too many bowls anyways. They'll be getting drastically reduced in number in the next few years which is a good thing. What will get increased is the playoff spots which is also a good thing.

It's like the NCAA march madness vs the NIT in basketball with the bowls being the NIT and the NCAA march madness being the playoffs.

Doesn't that make us quitters...... I'll do that only when the last Mountaineer is carried off the field in Orlando. Come-on we are not quitters. All of these dozens of players have worked for years, don't spit in their face.

What kind of message does that send to Jack Allison, Trey Lowe, Wickline and all of our seniors who will be playing their last game? Are they lesser Mountaineers to you? I understand that kneejerk reactions are common in adolescents but just this once put your big boy pants on.

Literally the post of the day.

As fans we support the team. Not one individual player. To be honest I am more intrigued by this game now than I was when it was announced, because we’re going to see with this team is made of.

Seriously...after OU and OSU we know what this team is ...SOFT......and Dana has lost 4 Of his last 5 bowl games....so we know what he is made of.....

I have made the same accusations...several times.

Either we are moving on as a program and beat these guys at 3/4 strength or we get boat raced and Dana stops pimping himself out to any open HC slots that open up. To me, it’s a win-win.

If we get boat raced AND Dana gets an extension, then I might have to question where I put my emotional energy from that point on...

Most of the time I disagree with him but not on this one.

Players come to schools to get to the NFL.
When a recruit makes a decision he is thinking about the NFL first and then life after football.

So if WV fans are freaking out over the status quo why would recruits want to play there.

Throwing a fit is only going to make players want to look elsewhere at schools who have fans that don't throw fits over skipping bowl games.

Well in that case, the 98% who don't go on to play pro football must be very disappointed.

And, btw, they should be coming to school for education first. If not get a job at McDonalds.

Or get a job in the NFL....the choice seems obvious, for him.

Yeah...for HIM it could be a good thing. After all he did it all by himself. Snapped the ball. Blocked pass rushers. Threw the ball. Ran the pass routes. Caught the ball. Blocked the DB. Ran it after the catch. And, if he was lucky that he didn't fumble when hit...scored. All him. All him. I'm sure some NFL team realizes they could let everyone go and just have him suit up...which he would...unless he thought he might get injured.

I think both Grier and Cajuste received an education.
Both are making well thought out decisions for the future.

A college education allows one to think and to make intelligent decisions.
Ultimately this is why they can get a job because people who can make well thought out decisions can help out companies.

You on the other hand want them to be robots and be told what do to and when they can play.

Come on TVZ...this is just a childish, somewhat stupid, comment. Then they should start their own team, with their own rules. Hired and fired hundreds of folks over the years....my choice not theirs. Unless your name is Clinton that is the way it works in the real world dude.

The players have the power.....
It may upset you but that is the case.
Probably learned how to use their power by attending college.

Like I said the main purpose of college is producing people who make correct decisions.

No matter the scenario, you are not part of it..

Rootmaster sounds like he is not a part of any decision.

That is why hegets online and tries to show that he is some type of alpha.
Can see right through it.
Root's old lady probably tells him to make the bed and picks out his clothes.
