It's a poor call, initial contact was with his arms to chest of the QB. There was no launch and certainly there wasn't forceful contact with the head/neck area. That call failed at least 3 of the points which would need to be included in a targeting call. Sucks for Kolton.

He was pulling back. How many times did they watch the replay to still get it wrong. And seriously? They think a player, in this day and age, would intentionally try to create helmet to helmet? Ludicrous.

Too bad this beat-down is in the middle of a work day and no one will be watching. Also too bad we weren't awarded a win by the zerbas in either the Houston game or the Navy game (I'd prefer Houston!) and we could have been 11-2, and ranked.
