I'm not a big fan of Cal. I can however sympathize with his attitude towards some of our more gifted fans.
seems like he's been shooting over everyone his entire life and doesn't have the ability yet at the college level to create his own shot. whether it's a step back or backing someone down to a fade away.
He hungry . He get outta bed early. He got goooood hair . He got long arms.
He hit a sick step back jumper vs UNC, I think he's got it in him. Starting in a bit of a slump and then the team loses 5 straight has to be tough mentally for the young guy. I'm not ready to call him a bust though, I think he can turn it around still.
Of course he will, after he gets in the NBA.
Stating the obvious, but he needs to add some weight and get stronger. His length and skill is clear but until he can bang a bit (or at least absorb contact better) he's not going to be as good as he can be. 17.2% from 3 isn't going to get it done.
Hope so but a little uneasy with the hitch in his shot, his overall shooting form, and his shot selection. He has to be very good from here on for us to even sniff gelling as a team.
He’s still a baby. Will probably be pretty good in a couple few years (for the Santa Cruz Warriors).

Why do people have a need to tell us about these hunches ? Is it to make them feel better or us? Odd phenomenon....
All can say is up is the only direction at this point in time, not sure that he can go down any more.
He definitely is going to play better in the future because you can't play much worse as he is doing. Hasn't met a bad shot he doesn't like. Just unbelievable that he is given the green light on taking all these shots especially in the first half was just killing us when we might have had a comfortable lead. Well not anything to praise in the second half either.
