Love this show. Anyone else watch it?

Watched the first season but quit after that. I thought that the writing was a little predictable although I do like the actor who plays Bosch. I've been told that I should watch season 2 all the way through as it picks up steam but Bosch always seemed like The Wire-lite due to so many of the same actors being recycled.

I've read all the Bosch books. Love Michael Connelly's writing style and have enjoyed the TV series.

I've read all the Bosch books. Love Michael Connelly's writing style and have enjoyed the TV series.

The books were all real good and the show is too. They had to change it up some given the timeframes (Vietnam Vet vs. Iraq war) and combined some books to make each series, but overall the show is very good.
