Boringest game.. in a while

[RutgersLarry]

I'm all for us being in this and winning.. but man this game is boring.. Anyone agree, as far as the play calling.

[Spare130_rivals]

No. Some people like defensive battles

[JimmyJack39]

7-0 with Iowa in the 4th? I'll take that boring all day

[RutgersLarry]

A pitchers Duel of Football.

Agree with the OP. Was going to post the same thread but would have undoubtedly been attacked for being "negative." What time do the baseball games start?

If the QB was one tailored to the system, there would have been several big plays by now.

Looks like Rutgers' conditioning has paid off.

[brgRC90]

Trust me you'd be a lot more bored if we were losing 35 to 7 right now.

[j10oreo]

I enjoy this game a lot more than any of our big10 blow outs.

Remember what Ash said about seeing last year's team give up when behind.....they didn't do that today.

[RutgersB1G]

Rutgers winning or losing has nothing to do with the OP's post. It's a boring football game. Very poorly played on both sides.

[j10oreo]

Again, this game is a lot more enjoyable (less boring) than getting our butts handed to us.

[711employee]

If you win, it's never boring....even if it ended up 2-0 with a safety

Wisconsin has made a name on being boring and winning......and it looks like this year they'll get to ride that wave again.

How is a game with our defense showing a poorly played game? Usually we play poorly on both sides

Pitcher duels are great.

You are not.

[tico brown]

Guess OP like those PS4 scores like 67-52. This been a pretty good game.

[RutgersLarry]

I'll stand by my boring statement.. as far as the play calling (see 4th down).. I fully agree, I'll take boring every week if we win

[Ataylor1989x]

This game makes me excited for the future. There's a talent differential here and the system has kept RU in the game, even without many personnel that were recruited to the system.

[RutgersLarry]

Absolutely. Think if we had Grant in the game the last few drives..

[Ayako]

Welcome to the Big Ten.

I didn't watch much (so maybe it was just terrible offense) but defensive slugfests is what the B1G is all about. This aint the 100 point per game Big 12.
