I hate how the NCAA micromanages regionals. It's always been this way, but it's still terrible. You just don't get the full Dudy Noble experience.

They disallow the things we do between innings like the cowbell race. We can't do our light show on home runs. My kids were disappointed about that. They change the music, the announcements, all all of the scoreboard/ribbon board graphics.

We apparently can't use our replay system, and that might have cost us on a called out at second.

Wonder if they do that in football too. It's not the NCAA so maybe not.

But yeah seems they make a ton of bad decisions, just can't get out of their own way.

They micromanage the small stuff, and are dickless when it really matters. Pretty much my definition of the NCAA.

They would do that when State would host an NIT game in basketball. They tried to make it as “neutral site” as possible. No player intro video or fanfare.

Not allowing the replay system to be used because other stadiums don’t have the same system is asinine. Use what you have. But we are talking about the NCAA…
