There's your Boltsball in a nutshell, idiotic baserunning error with a chance to tack on at least another run.

Bummer I had to miss this one to go play a round. What a great job by out pitching all weekend outside of one or two innings.

Do we finally have our pitching figured out?

Here’s my thoughts along with current ERAs
Fri: Sears (2.11), Worthley(3.81) & Daiss (3.66)

Sat: McConnaughey (3.09) Sanders (4.05) Clark (6.18)

Sun: Brockett (3.12) Christo (5.53) Walsh (5.36) or Froelich (5.19)

I give a lot of credit to the coaches, they could have easily folded after the debacle Friday night but they got the players attention and turned it around

Another Chokeye loss. Wish those losers and their team weren't coming to Omaha.
Didn’t expect them to win the series against Illinois anyway.

They have Brody Brecht who is a stud and Obermullar after that their pitching depth dwindles…

USC and UCLA’s RPI are surprising. Thought they were usually higher than that?(most years) Down year I guess? 🤷‍♂️

Baseball America:

Big Ten

The conference race remains quite messy and much of the league remains in RPI trouble. I locked up Nebraska, as it is now assured of a top-45 RPI and a top-five conference finish. Everyone else needs to finish strong.

Lock: Nebraska

Should be in: None

Work to do: Indiana, Illinois, Maryland, Purdue

Illinois and Purdue will be playing a double dipper today due to weather concerns.
