Garden spot of that Wichita size blob in Central Kansas. It's a town, despite its size is as isolated as an Idaho outpost.
Hear tell they've got a nice, massive airport with top gun food court.

Wichita had a really good animal control officer by the name of Dennis Rader who kept the town free of feral animals. Unfortunately, he was relocated to Butler County Kansas in 2005 and since then, Wichita has many more strays.
