The lawyer on bo bounds today was pretty spot on, all ole miss fans think that this case will go to trial next week and be done before the season hahaha. For those who missed it, he said basically when it comes to the deposition in july the defense will put it off to a way later date. Moving the case out of Lafayette county, will be the first thing done, and with so many people that could be involved, it could be several years before it's settled.

I think the words he used were that Leo Lewis would be retired from the NFL before this was settled.....

I speculated yesterday that they would have to move this case to the Mississippi Gulf Coast to get it far enough away to not have to worry about bias in the case.

Furthest thing from the truth. State has the largest contingent down here, followed by LSU, with OM and USM fighting it out. Maybe the OS/Goula far east side has some, but Biloxi to the West state line is mostly MSU

You'd think maybe the CL would follow up on that since this lawsuit was of particular interest for them for some reason.
