1 thing I've noticed is Richards is thinking yo much when he gets defensive board. He takes a second or 2 before pushing it up floor. Other tgen that this team is going yo be sickness in a bottle by March. I woukd like to see more of a small ball type lineup with Washington manning the 5 and letting Richards develope more. This team has some pieces and parts to be very special.
