Good for them but we are not expecting a title this year. If we get better and start winning the west and winning the Big10 then yes I expect us to recruit better

No, I think it's just to show how far we are behind the elite teams in terms of raw talent. It doesn't even include last year's class, the linked article is from the 2017 season preview.

No ... a bit to the contrary. Frost inherited a roster that was at 19%. As NikkiSixx pointed out above last years class was an improvement at 36%.
