Why does the caterpillar not spread it's wings and fly?
Also, less than stellar balance on offense.
Whoever one thinks is the best player of all time, it is unlikely you'd want a roster of his clones, positionless becomes a problem that can be too easy to guard when too many need to be in the same spots to score to much of the time.
I think that team needed Meeks or someone like him to be the complete overdog many feel this squad was when it was more a contender amongst others that in hindsight was significantly if not largely distorted by what those guys developed into rather than what players they were then.
Despite the poverty that Bledsoe grew up in. And to think that you had gutter, trash like Pat Forde, Pete Thamel, & Pitino jr. doing everything they could to keep this kid out of college. I would say how cold hearted can you get. But you can't be cold hearted if you don't have a heart.
