He asked you a direct question and you evaded it, per usual.

You enjoy the vague "I know something you don't know" V for Vendetta angle, when in reality I'd place money on you getting almost all of your Gator-centered info online.

Vague?
I very clearly stated where I believe Kerry will be playing his final year of college ball. Are you looking for a jeresy number or locker location as well?
Anyway, I have no compulsion to convince you differently about my information. And I won’t be making any further “I know” type posts.
I didn’t see any direct question, but I will revisit the post and will message him/her if I have an answer.

Having seen much trashing, just some people staring the obvious. With that said, I haven’t read all of the posts. So you may be right. Im not bashing them at all myself. I’m thrilled to have Nick and EJ. But I want Blackshear also because he is that good and that much better than both EJ and Nick at the moment. That’s not meant to trash either of them. It’s just wanting what’s best for my team.

Why do you saying Blackshear isn’t coming? Just opinion? Curious.

I don’t know how to message people. I have been able to reply to messages, though.
Feel free to send me a message and I’ll write back.

He coming! He didn't come back to school to do a lateral move. This is a business decision and luckily Cal got in with him and his father early. UK is more exposure than he will see anywhere, trump that up if we make a FF or win a title. He will practice against the best out there day in and day out. Scouts are often at our games and Cal has solid ties to the NBA. If this guy is serious about giving himself the best chance to improve his stock it's UK by a mile. FL if he just wants to play close to home one year.

I love RT, but this guy is a different animal and will dominate with all these other pieces around him. I could see him averaging 15-10 easily.

I think the entire question comes down to whether or not Blackshear believes he will play significant minutes. Is he better than our other options? I think the answer is that he will start and play major minutes. So, he won't be worried about playing time, in my opinion. So, then the question becomes which team has legit shot to go deep into March? I think that answer is clear, and it's UK. If he's thinking logically, UK is the best choice. He is the final piece of the puzzle and makes UK the favorite to cut down the nets.

SOS, Anonymous has said he expects Blackshear to end up at Florida. He made it pretty clear in another thread as well. Not sure why things are turning hostile here, but can say I've seen him state it twice that Blackshear will be a Gator.

Thank you.
SOS apparently does not like what I posted, so he attacks the poster.
The truth is, I had posted about Kerry before he entered the portal. I posted on this forum, and to others privately, the cats would soon be involved with a very significant, grad transfer center who had yet to announce. I had no information of Florida as a competitor at the time. But once I did, I posted accordingly. That was a mistake, as any news remotely negative about Kentucky - regardless of how true - can not be processed or handled by some here.
If SOS wants to presume my information is from a Florida board, that is ok - though I doubt their site was posting about an impending GT announcement the cats will pursue.
For reasons I can not relay, my information is NOT Kentucky - nor Florida - specific. Nor is my “fanhood” specific to either program. I’ve been honest about this. Heck, I was considered a Texas fan when I made the crazy comment that Bamba would be playing for Shaka!
Lately, I’ve had information relative to Florida bc there has been an overlap in players being recruited - and ones I had information on. That will not always be the case. I suspect I will be on the loop regarding Cunningham.
But going forward, I will keep my comments on these matter limited to private message. A few too many get upset if news goes in another direction- and that isn’t my intent.

How do I message you? I'm not a paying member so not sure if I can initiate messages. I really appreciate your posts and wish you would ignore the 10 or so awful posters.

One question, do you expect Blackshear to take any visits or just go straight to Florida? I trust you that he's likely to Florida (you've earned my trust on this board!), but I do wonder if Cal can get him on campus if he can sway him off that track. What do you think?

EDIT: Meant to quote TheAnonymous but clearly I don't know how. That message was for you, though, Anonymous!

He isn't going to Florida over Kentucky if he is dreaming of NBA and wanting his NBA stock to rise. This is clearly a business decision and all that points to UK by a Mile!. No college gets you ready on and off the court for the NBA like KENTUCKY. Its not even close and all the GM's in the NBA agree cause they have said it themselves.

I just can't believe some of our posters are jackasses when people come here with information just because it doesn't go in UK's favor it is what it is. Thank you for the information and please keep posting Anonymous 13 some of us do appreciate the information!

Simply put....

WHY DO YOU COME BACK TO COLLEGE TO PLAY AT VA TECH, A&M, or FLORIDA.??

None of those three are winning a title...even with him....

But even if...why come back to programs that really won't raise your profile nor have a pedigree of putting guys in the pros???

He's graduated...he's played in the tourney...

What's left to accomplish?
1. Get to the NBA
2. Win a title
3. Play on a big stage

Kentucky checks all of those boxes. He wants a bigger contract and a chance to win it all...you don't do that at a non power program...might as well get paid to play in the G League.

And if he comes...he starts over Nick...nothing to be afraid of...

Come on down Kerry. Get him in a room with Cal...I like our chances.
You are presenting a hypothetical case from the point of view of a partisan UK fan. At this time, I see no evidence that Blackshear is interested in coming to UK.

Well I mean the guy hasn't taken a single visit yet.You could say we have no evidence that he is going to any of the schools at this point so acting like he is a lock to anywhere is wrong.

Other than the fact that UK is the only reported in-home visit he's had at this point...but yeah...no other evidence...

This is completely true but has nothing to do with Anonymous as he doesn't have info he is literally stating his opinion. Which wow big surprise the UF fan thinks he is going to UF . Nothing wrong with doing so but don't be fooled into thinking he has some info . Most are just stating their opinions as that is what message boards are for . I honestly don't think RR has any true insiders though dave K has been posting more. HOB has Graf , Awk and a few others who have proven to have good info.

If he was for sure going to florida. I think he would of announced im withdrawing nba to attend there. Imo. I think this is 100% just like recruiting. Gonna treat it as whats best for the big picture. Before yall say born under a rock sherlock. I think the blackshear camp will base this on nba feedback only. That school should be ky. And ky only. But if playing time would be the biggest tool needed from feedback info. Florida will more than likely land him.

Bottom line is nobody knows a where KB is going. Know why? Because Kerry doesn’t even freaking know yet.

He hasn't taken any visits and his entire camp has been dead silent.

If you want to get to the NBA with only one year left to do it, you don't go to VT, aTm or florida. Florida might be a final four contender with him on their roster, but Mike White doesn’t have NBA ties like Cal does. That's a real thing. Cal has aided in getting kids drafted that otherwise wouldn't have been, especially if they played at other schools.

Skal doesn’t go first round if he played his one season at florida. Not with the season he had.
