Just stop the shutdowns. Trigger automatic levels of funding if this ******** happens in the future.

I think it is impossible to get rid of the debt ceiling. Even though some people think we can just print more money, it doesn't work that way.
I hear you. But hell, you know everything with the government is bureaucratic. The government just can't print more money in order to borrow trillions more to function. Hell, I didn't even know until a few weeks ago the government was so bureaucratic that Congress had to pass a resolution to have the President talk to them in a joint session. New one on me but I guess I shouldn't be surprised.
