Devin Dotson - best pg in the class
Quentin Grimes - best sg in the class
Romeo Langford - top 5 player
Dedrick Lawson (POY Candidate)
Azubuike (POY Candidate)

Silvio DeSousa
David McCormack
Marcus Garrett
Charlie Moore
KJ Lawson
Ochai Agbaji

Best PG in class espn has him as 5th, Quentin Grimes top 3, are you psychic on Langford to KU, Azubuike poy candidate that's a stretch, and the Lawson's yeah I'd put a lot of stock into those two. Good team I'll give you that. Title favorites, like I said a bit premature.

That would mean one of Vick or Newman would be back.

Self had the worst KU squad in 15 years, started a 3 star with an offer from applacian state, lost his 5 star one and done and...

Won a conference champ
Won a conference tournament champ
Won record conference champ
Went to sweet 16

Pretty damn good coach

He is a good coach, but please tell me you're not bringing up Billy where's my car fax Preston.

You guys want to pretend those games were not vacated, go right ahead...there are Louisville fans that will still claim a National Championship too.

You realize there’s a difference in Cal and U6, right?

This isn’t going to be hard.

Cal wasn’t directly implicated in those. You know about the Camby situation...I know you do. Went off on his own, dealt with an agent.

Or the Rose situation. Took a SAT before coming to Memphis, refused to talk with them after the fact. Not a lot Cal can do in those situations, wouldbt you say?

Let’s take U6, where the school was paying and providing hookers to players and recruits (some underage), on campus in a dorm for FOUR years, named for the head coach’s best friend.

I know it’s hard with a pea brain, but do you not see the difference?

(Lol, it’s incredible how this must be explained, lol)

Neither of those players will be player of the year candidates. You may win another conference title....but as usual, KU will **** the bed during the tourney.

A little bias on my part. And yes, a bit premature until we see who stays and who goes, but KU will be loaded next year.

I know that the NCAA vacated Cal's wins...that is why I (and the rest of the world outside the Commonwealth of Kentucky) didn't give him a 5-1 record with Memphis and 4-1 with UMass. He got 0-1 for both seasons. And because of those two seasons, his overall NCAA Tournament winning percentage is worse than Bill Self's overall winning percentage. It is math. And, it really isn't complex math. I am not sure I can explain it more simple than that...

No, we know you’re a dill weed

KU will be preseason top 5 again. But unlike this year have a more balanced squad and more depth.

Another conference champ and another #1 seed as usual

If you aren’t going to count the wins, you shouldn’t count the losses either. Pretty pathetic you have to argue some ******** to try and make your coach look like he’s worth a ****.

What is average Math SAT scores to get into Kentucky?

I don't have time to find just math scores, but, per prepscholar.com, Univ. of Kansas' average ACT score is 25. UK's is 26. UK's is higher than 26 now (if you're going to say that Kansas' is higher than 25/26 now). UK also has a lower acceptance rate than Kansas, per that website. It's more difficult to get into UK. Average SAT score wasn't listed for Kansas, so I used ACT. UK's average GPA is also higher than Kansas'.

You count one loss. You don't get a free pass if you get caught cheating. And, before everyone yells, the NCAA vacated UMass and Memphis appearances in the NCAA Tournament not me. The NCAA has those teams as 0-1.

What did the NCAA randomly vacated those games? Did Rick Pitino and Louisville go 6-0 in 2013? I would say, the NCAA would say, his tournament record was officially 0-1 for the 2013 NCAA Tournament.

Yes, Pitino and cal records should count.

Nobody said they should count in official record, but if you are comparing two coaches, like what is being done here, then yes, you should. Cal and Rick were two totally different things. One paid for players, one had a kid that supposedly cheated on a high school test.

The goal is making Final Fours or winning championships. Roy Williams has done far better at UNC than Self has at Kansas since 2003-4. Roy with 3 Championships and 5 FF in that time span.
Calipari has been to 4 FF and a championship at Kentucky.
Self has 2 FF and a championship in 6 more seasons at Kansas.
The rest is garbage.

What's the real story on that car? Inquiring minds want to know.

From those I’ve spoken to (colleagues in KC) the story around Lawrence is the car was a 2007 Charger, and that it was paid for with cash. Nothing further was ever revealed.

Preston needed police assistance after curb checking the vehicle. I’m assuming when the officer ran the registration something came back ambiguous regarding the title. Why that would be reported to the KUAD is uncertain. But it was, and Preston never played again.

The car was titled in the name of the live-in girlfriend of Preston’s mother for the past13-years. The 21st century question of what family is and isn’t was the main issue that the NCAA had. To add a little curveball to the issue, the girlfriend was an onetime agent for a WNBA player five years ago.

I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that the girlfriend is a Missouri grad. LOL!

Strange situation the car is almost as old as the kid, but if the girlfriend was once an agent I see the dilemma. Not saying KU had anything to do with it, just that would explain the not playing him.
