I've read on other sites stuff Murray does for random people. He seems like a great guy.
You can find literally dozens of verified stories of Murray doing nice things.
Keanu Reeves is another. Murray is an extrovert, Reeves is an introvert, so the there's a difference in behavior, but everything you read indicates that he's a genuinely excellent person.
If someone with that inconceivable level of fame handles it that well, they have my 100% respect.
Well he does have a previous connection to Louisville as they filmed part of the movie Stripes here.
Same here. They filmed part of Stripes, great flick here in Louisville. My grandma got to meet him when he and the cast came into Kingfish downtown to eat and she got all their autographs. She said he was really nice. I have always loved his films.
You took me off ignore last week and now you are coming with this. Bill Murray is a great human being. Maybe he is a drunken sloth but damnit he deserves it after Stripes alone.
By the way, if you look at the sign on the top of the taxi at the beginning of Stripes it has a Bank of Louisville sign on top and when he throws his keys off the bridge, that bridge it is the 2nd Street Bridge.
As good as he is at killing gophers you’d think he’d have taken the groundhog out by now.
