1. No I'm comparing us to Minnesota and Nebraska. I'm not Rutgersal.
2. Our 2's and 3's can score if we don't choke them with runs up the middle, or make zero effort on Special Teams.

On 2 - honestly, who cares? As long as it’s not a game by halftime, the second half of these games mean absolutely nothing in terms of how the rest of the season will go. If Greg doesn’t feel like running up the score so be it.
Kinda silly to say it’s a league record while the league has about 6~8 more teams than it’s had for most of its existence.
Right? 3 of the teams being touted here are Nebraska, Oregon, & Washington. Not exactly Big Ten historical powers.
Wasn't there a little dust up between Greg and the Howard coach about scoring late?? I also think that the Miami coach wasn't too pleased with the last score on Saturday.
Yes - from what I recall, Howard made an aggressive decision and then Greg countered. He said as much in the post presser. Greg never does that to teams who call off the dogs.
The Miami coach could be pissed all he wants but it was not running up the score. we kept the ball on the ground. We didn’t throw the ball once on that drive running vanilla hand offs. There was nothing for him to be upset about.

Nobody has any issue running it up on Rutgers in the past, present, or future. I'm happy to return the favor.
