True, it's quite the proposition to attempt to bully around the most historic schools of the conference itself.

Texas would try though...no doubt about it. We'll see how Alabama/Georgia hold up against the Texas two step.

They all say that. It goes something like this. "We are proud members of the _______________ conference, Our roots are here, our traditions had their origins here, etc etc. If the spokesman end his message there, all is good. But...the day he adds, right at the end of his narrative, "Of course, it is our responsibility to act in the best interests of the university," then you can bet...they are out the door...gone!!!

Oh my god, yes!

The football games, most of them, are soooooo boring and each team is pretty much the same mediocre team. Look at the gambling lines during the season. You can have top 5 Iowa getting a point at 3-6 Purdue.

Most country clubs don't let non members get close enough to see anything so therefore you can't see them either
