Wisc sucks these days. There's no game on their schedule that's "cake" given what they've become lately.
The first three Big Ten games on the schedule are challenging to say the least. If Iowa can go 2-1 then November is almost a cake walk. At Illinois is worrisome.

Starting 2-1 in the league will be a challenge. At UM, OSU in Kinnick, at UW. It could happen.

Athlon's way too early playoff picks

1. Ohio State (Projected Big Ten Champion)

2. Georgia (Projected SEC Champion)

3. Texas

4. Indiana

5. Oregon

6. Notre Dame

7. Texas A&M

8. Miami (Projected ACC Champion)

9. Texas Tech (Projected Big 12 Champion)

10. Oklahoma

11. LSU

12. Boise State (Projected Pac-12 Champion)

The Next Tier of Contenders: Michigan, Ole Miss, BYU, Alabama, USC, Washington, Utah, Tennessee, Houston, Louisville, SMU, Penn State, Iowa, Virginia Tech, Florida, Missouri, South Carolina, Arizona, Arizona State, Navy, James Madison, Tulane, Clemson, and Illinois
I’d call that safe/lazy on Athlon’s part. Replaces two SEC teams with two cooler/more hyped SEC teams, and replaces two mid majors with Notre Dame and a traditionally excellent mid major.

Actually looks more like a fan poll than something sports writers would put together.
