Love Severe's radio show but man sometimes he gets WAY too hopped up on caffeine. Somebody needs to hide the 5 hour energy and coffee pot from him if he ends up doing BRWU.

If Peter were to host, it should be called "Big Red Wrap Up: After Dark"
Severe would do a good job. He's got TV experience too. I would say "no" to Benning. Damon does much better answering questions than he does asking questions. And sometimes Damon drops too many hints as to what his opinion is rather than coming out and actually saying what he's thinking. He's tough for me to follow sometimes.
If you go back to the Don Gill days like a lot of us do, the host traditionally is a folksy type. Kugler did a nice job with the program. I think a fantastic candidate is Jeff Wilkerson. He hosted Market Journal on NET for several years. He would be a great fit. Back in the day, he even hosted an afternoon sports talk show with Jason Peter.
Back with Don Gill it was great listening to John Melton when they showed every play that Saturday,not to mention he would bring a player quest with him at times on the show...
Thanks for the memories. Truly the golden age of game review shows. I loved those and Devaney's prediction shows on Friday nights after the news.
Melton had the slickest dry humor. He could really get off some zingers at a player
Ya I had High school buddy I played Basketball with in high school and he was on one of the shows, he only started one game his hole carrier at Nebraska at that was the 81 game against Auburn when Turner Gill took over at QB at halftime during a rainy day..
