College athletes are basically free agents now and can transfer as many times as they like. Go where the money is better, better weather, like the coaches better, etc. The days of old are gone and now teams can just buy a championship just like Major league baseball, basketball and to some extent football. Getting an education means zero to these kids right now.
I would guess this is a pretty good indicator. He must have had his post Spring sit down with the coaches. He has to make his announcement before May 1 so his timeline is short now.

Weird move. Plus, Nebraska is an ideal place to advance to Olympic volleyball, assuming she wants to go as far as possible.

Seeing a few in portal sticking with there same school as the offer was too good to refuse.

imo, she should have been benched a couple times. As good as she was in certain areas she would was targeted big time by other teams. She also had a bad habit of jumping in front of other players that had a better position to hit the ball.
Knuckles, Rodriguez and Hames in the back row regularly, Orr setting, and with Madi Kubik playing six rotations, the Huskers still have the nation's best defense. Evans can come in and serve and/or set if needed.

Surprising news to me. I wish Akana well but I can't help but feel our serving will take a step back with her absence.
