Big Day for me tomorrow

I’ll be at the Wisconsin game tomorrow and it will be my first Penn State game live since the 2019 Cotton Bowl and my first home game in about 25 years. A combination of age, health, distance and raising kids has prevented me from getting back for a home game. I’m 75 now, grew up in Punxsutawney and a lifelong fan. Like so many other people my age I left western PA for employment, never came back. The first Penn State game I remember watching was the 69 Orange bowl, when I would have been 19 years old. But since then I remember where I was and who I was with for so many memorable games. So, super excited to be back in Happy Valley tomorrow and can’t wait to see the stadium. Wish me luck.

Wow, that sounds great! Enjoy. I've recently relocated well outside driving range of State College so it may be sometime before I get to a game next. Are you visiting Punxsy at all. Most of my wife's family is all from there. Possible you may know some of them. Eiser, Taladay, Cassidy. Tough to make a living there.

I grew up around the corner from Taladays. Matt is. A hell of a guitar player. My brother played with him in a band.
