After Ron hit that shot last night I stared at cliffs reaction and I’m really hoping in his head he knew at that point he found his team, but also Home, and his reaction just gave me more confidence that he will stay here at Rutgers even though I’m sure he had different thoughts in some of the early games. But just seeing how happy he was celebrating with our fans on the court, I have a good feeling he’s staying. He knows he belongs here, and he knows he’ll start every game as long as he’s in a Rutgers uniform.

Not to mention the student section chanting for him either when he was walking off with the injury or when he came back ( I forget ). He’s gotta feel the support.
What am I missing? Outside of fan angst and speculation is there any reason to indicate he’s unhappy and wants to transfer?
Not that I can tell. Such a loser mentality to have honestly. We started slow this year but there's plenty of basketball to left in the season. If he was to transfer he's not someone I'd want here anyway times get tough and you jump ship? Nah sorry I wouldn't want to go into battle with someone who has that mentality.
The guy is going to the NBA after this season or next at the latest if he keeps playing this well. He was never meant to stay 4 years at RU.
Cliff was a Rutgers fan before he committed. The only worry I would have is if the nba came calling.

They love super athletic guys like him and have drafted far more raw big men than him. If he's here 4 years that's a bad sign.
Cliff has to develop a jumper to attract NBA interest.

One thing I would like Cliff to get away from that one hand semi jump hook. Needs to develop some different moves in the post. But you can see the improvement from last season.
Do you guys watch the NBA? He's an elite athlete. That's pretty much it. No jump shot, good not great defender, average rebounder, not a great passer. Look at NBA big men and look at what they do well. Maybe he's a second round pick at best for his athleticism. Other than that he's a four year player.
There are tons of strong players like #50, who manhandled him a bit too much

This isn't the 2000s anymore. Big guys have to shoot or play elite defense to be in the NBA.
Yes unless he comes out a whole other level of athleticism and scoring next year with better moves down below there’s no way he’s close to being a one or done, or a two years and done.
Yep I agree 4 years for big cliff will get him close to the NBA status if he improved each year. He might end up like a Frank Kaminsky type of player minus the shooting cause that’s not his style of play.
Think he could add some muscle too, still seems to get bullied a bit. He made a big jump in the off-season. No reason to expect he won’t make another big leap next year.
Yes exactly loser mentality is the reason why a ton of us fans thought after the first couple games he would want to switch to a better team in which he can get more recognition. But if he’s smart he’ll build with this team and one day become the leader for us.
