getting moved back a week could end up really helping Mich St., if they win it they get 2 Quad 1 wins out of it. If it was during their normal time their championship game wouldn't count just like SEC final. Could end up bumping them to a 1.

I like the idea of the conference tournament then having a week to rest and heal some sore muscles before hitting the road. SEC should consider doing the same thing.

SEC should def figure out how to move it back some, it is ridiculous that that championship game doesn't count. That has really burned us twice since Cal has been here!

Even if they moved it back to a Sat. championship game. But I like the idea of moving it back one week more.

Could help or hurt Mich St or Purdue. What if someone other than these 2 win,it could change things quite a bit.I think conference tournaments could throw multiple monkey wrenches into the selection process.

This whole season has been like watching a soap opera complete with sex, lies, wiretaps, money schemes and who knows what else.Basketball has been reduced to a by-product of everything else going on.It is really a bit sad I think that the season has been what it has been.

While I personally agree that having the week off will be good for getting all players healthy, you have to weigh that against the compressed regular season schedule. Every Big Ten team had at least one stretch during the season where they had three games in about six days, usually with at least one of those a road game (sometimes 2). Having the compressed season can wear you down quickly and might have resulted in some of those weird losses that were unexpected (Michigan's loss at Nebraska comes to mind).

The B1G has already admitted it was a mistake to move up the conference tourney this year. They only did it because the Big East has the Garden booked for next week, and the B1G wanted to play in MSG. Next year they will go back to the way it was.
