It would be okay to call 2 quick stalls like that if it was consistent but there is nothing consistent about stalling calls.

Patrick clearly scared of the scramble. One of the things I've noticed over the years is that Iowa wrestlers and coaches talking about only "going to their holds" and avoiding wrestling positions where they don't feel as strong. I've never heard PSU and, now OKST, make similar comments

IDK, I think he's too darned big to be effective all year at that weight. Similar to Block at 149.
141 for Bailey and 157 for Block is my preference. Given an full off-season to put on size, I like it!

I've been back and forth on him so much but next year Block the starter for Iowa at any weight Im coming in skeptical.

Yeah, I probably didn't need the exclamation point. I feel better about Block up a weight next year just because it seems like he's had a tough time with the cut, and lack of energy, multiple times this year. He's big, and filling out to a 157 seems like a plus for him.
