Shhh, He doesn't KNOW it yet. He also has the impression he is running to become President. NO WAY. He is running to BE Named the President, but he will NEVER BECOME President. He is not capable of fulfilling the responsibilities. Kamala will serve as President after a very few weeks/months and be the mouthpiece for the Socialist Committee who will be the power of the Administration.
America cannot afford to allow these Communist want-a-bes to gain the control of the Senate (and do away with any chance the Republicans might have to compete), stack the Supreme Court for a couple of generations of no third branch of government and separation of powers, add liberal States so they have nearly no chance of losing elections for House and Senate, and destroy those parts of the Constitution they dislike.
Vote REPUBLICAN to spare this Country of its political evisceration.
