Both are really bad Presidents for alot of reasons. However this Conspiracy Theroy was started by the Democrats in attempt to win the election first. Then Libertarians stole the idea from them because they had lost faith in their Government. Just keep that in mind while remembering those that died tomorrow and the 1st Responders that continue to suffer.

The CCP was allowed into the WTO a couple months afterwards then we turned around borrowed a **** load of money to fight the war. Clinton and Bush are both to blame for allowing it to happening. It wasn't the first time it was attacked.
