Trump set up numerous restrictions on Russian foreign agents operating in the US trying to undermine our cybersecurity which pissed Putin off
Trump expelled Russian diplomats living here in the U.S. as punishment for their interference in the '16 election which pissed Putin off.
Trump announced Billions in additional economic aid to our European and NATO allies, including sophisticated weaponry designed to deter any sudden Russian attacks which pissed Putin off.
Trump also strengthened Ukraine's armed forces giving them the ability to defend against possible Russian attacks which pissed Putin off.
There are many other sanctions against Russia Trump took unilaterally that pissed Putin off but you never heard about any of them because the media that's brainwashed you into thinking Trump's a member of the KGB working for Putin never told you!
