Bibby to Maryland

Just in case anyone was curious. Nice landing spot for Chloe.

Good luck Chloe.

3 other Forwards already on the team...2 of them also listed as Forward/Guard or Guard/Forward. One was the #2 recruit in the entire nation last year...another was a 2018 McDonald's All-American, & the 3rd was ranked the #25 overall player by Blue Star and #49 & 10th best Wing in the country by ESPN.

Chloe may have trouble finding minutes.

Close to DC. She always wanted to tour all of the Historical sites.****

[Leeshouldveflanked]

Maybe she likes Turtleheads

We really need a Target.

We really need a Target.

Or maybe an Outback?**

Maryland is a strange place to terminate a Walkabout.

Or maybe an Outback?**

But, But, we're not allowed to go there, boycott and all. **

Does anyone find her departure almost as puzzling as Vic's exodus? Is it coincidental that she announced her intent to leave the program only a day or two after Vic was hookin horns in Austin? Bibby had no idea at that point who her new coach might be if she remained with the Bulldogs. Then she goes to Maryland where she might ride the pine as much or even more than she would in Starkville. Just seems nuts to me

I wonder if she just didn’t fit in with the younger players. Am I correct to say she was the only one left from the runner up team 2 years ago? Then Vic & Blair leave, and I’m assuming all the other assistants will be gone as well. Maybe she just figured it was time for a new start.

In related news: Deyona Gatson will follow Vic to Texas. Not surprising, considering she's a Texas kid. Anybody heard anything on Madison Hayes?

I bet there’s something to this. She did t seem interested in who the new coach would be. She only knew who her teammates would be and she was ready to go. I’ll miss her, but I’m betting Vic and staff was what was keeping her around. He was the reason she came to Starkville. Interesting that she didn’t go to UTa though.
