Most of the mississippi fans on nafoom not happy about it. They seem to forget that prior to bianco the sharts drew about 12 fans a game and made the NCAA tournament 7 times in the 50+ years prior to Bianco and 17 of the 20 full seasons he's coached there.

I felt like Bianco was flirting with the hot seat in 2018 / 2019. They went 0-2 in 2016 in their regional, missed the tournament in 2017, and then lost to TN Tech in 2018.

They've been within 1 game of Omaha in 2019 & 2021 and they were really good in 2020 before COVID.
