Are you surprised by how far bethel made it this year and the same for Hampton? If so do you see both fighting for a state title in 5A this season coming up assuming no1 transfers and such. What are your thoughts?
Not really surprised by either. I thought both had good young talent on the way. I can see both battling for a state title next season, particularly Hampton. Bethel might be one small piece away (shooter). The Crabbers don't have a significant player in the middle Bethel does with Dickens, a real game-changer if he continues to develop, but Henrico showed this year you can win it all without a 6'6" or taller presence on the interior.
