Best back ever would have to be Lawrence Phillips or Mike Rozier. I would throw Roger Craig in the mix as well.

Mike Rozier and Lawrence Phillips. I said Rozier first because of a 2148 yard season. And 4780 yards in three seasons!

No back ever did more than Kinney on Thanksgiving Day 1971.

I put LP first, as he was obviously the best back we ever had. His demons ruined him.

Unfortunately a teammate of LP's who should have known better slept with his girlfriend and he found them together, that seemed to start his slide down.

It's wild to think about that 95 season and the stable of backs. Phillips, Green, Benning, Childs, Sims and then Mackovicka's, Schuster and Billy Legate lined up to block. Just a stacked backfield.
