I am a fan of Barleys Beer Barn on hwy 51 in Gluckstadt. Good selection and they have 20 or so beers on tap, will give you a taster of most things.

I know the people who run LD’s Beer Run in Jackson and the Craft Beer Cellar in Ridgeland— good people and good selection.

It depends on what you like to drink.

Edit to add: One example— If you like to try out some beer that’s only available on draft— LD’s has beer by Bicentennial that I like.

Since there are only 2-3 beer distributors in Jackson, those stores all have basically the same selection... you're not going to find some rare beer that one store stocks that the others don't. As Maroon Eagle said, the only unique thing between them is the Bicentennial brews at LD's.
