Not sure how you can blaim Howard

He's 6/10 for 50 yards and another 40 yards rushing


Penalties are killing our offense

Pretty sure Dana was blaming Howard on the sideline.......

....and I just simply said I hope Grier is BETTER than this. Those numbers don't mean ****. We have 7 points on the board and had great field position the entire 1st quarter.

Howard does look confused. I'd like to see something or someone different. Let's get ready for next year and you never know it may spark our team today.

Changing QB's now isn't the answer.

1. Holgs would NEVER do that to Howard

2. It proves no point to do so since we haven't done that all year. He sucked at Ok. State, and we lost because of 3 turnovers........he stayed in that game.

Hopefully the playcalling gets better, we make adjustments, and stop shooting ourselves in the foot with penalties.

It's simple.
WVU defense held Miami to NO first downs for more than a quarter.
The offense spun its wheels, either unable to hold off Miami defense that lost 4 games or Howard held the ball too long.
It all caught up to the defense, which had to gamble more and more because of the offense.
The offense owes WVU an awesome second half or the loss would be on them.
