Watched it last night. Still amazed how fast all of that happened for BW

This was great. I know some people don’t like him, and have their reasons, but I have actually followed him since he trashed on Kellenburger after State won the SEC championship in baseball and the headline read “Thanks Rebs”. He is funny as hell to me and I am proud it is working out for him and his family. Wish him nothing but the best.

I've said it before, I don't care for Barstool, but I'm very happy for Brandon at his success. I still get fired up when thinking about how Kellenberger tried to trash his career by linking to some random article BW wrote for the NWF newspaper and his "hard hitting journalism." 17 that guy.

Big fan of Brandon and his success. Agree also about not really being a Barstool fan either and I do not listen to any of their content outside of Brandon's stuff. Just not really a fan of the "let's see how many cuss words we can get into every sentence that I speak" stuff.

I'm all for BW

And Barstool has its place in the sport media world. It's essentially combining college humor with detailed sport analysis. They provide content that is both analytical and comedic. It's a good niche they've found and they are blowing up.

And we have a guy with a large base promoting our university. And his jump shot is a thing of beauty too. He has the tweets to prove it.

He also filled a void for something they were lacking in a knowledgeable college football guy. He’s making the most of his opportunity and I’ve enjoyed watching his ride

I know we want to drive traffic to barstool for our boy BW, but for me on mobile that video player was having issues. I found it on YouTube for anyone else experiencing the same:

https://youtu.be/ivtazsV88yQ

I still recall watching his live show leaving that Outback Bowl, weaving through crowds & then catching up on the ridiculous Iowa backlash (loss of sponsors at first, his apology, etc.) on the drive back from Tampa to GA the next day.

I'm currently only about 5 minutes in.

ETA: That was better & much more candid than I assumed. I've been enjoying his content since The Slant on BSR.

Shout out to Chad's Mom.
