Been thinking bout Bear

[cowbell88]

If he’d came back for his senior year, then things would surely been different now. Rest In Peace no. 1, Rest In Peace.

the dawgs hadn't seen a receiver like that in a long time ... and nobody has replicated it since.

Who knows how everything would have turned out if he had came back but you never know how one decision can affect the rest of your life (not at all saying this wouldn't have happened if he had stayed). He was a great Bulldog and from everything I ever heard about those who knew him personally he was a great guy. RIP Bear

Yeah, I've been thinking about it. too. Absolutely terrible. Think the report said he stabbed. I remember some of the great catches he made and how he knocked the last guy down at LSU on Dak's long run for the TD. RIP.

The bomb he caught vs LSU as a freshman. The block on Dak's run at LSU. The opening TD against Auburn.

RIP.

He was a huge part of what made us feel "elite" that year. Having a big receiver making big plays was something we'd rarely had before and haven't had since. RIP.

One of my favorite players ever, just because he was one of the best receivers we have had during my fandom. We haven't had many. I wished he had stayed for his senior year too. I'm not sure his circumstances would have changed but he would have had a better shot. He gave me a lot of great memories. Rest easy.

3rd Q at LSU 2014. They just recovered the fumble for a TD to get back in the game. 3rd and Long - Tunnel screen for a first down. A few plays later Dajk puts a Jalen Mills dent in the turf. That’s the play I always remember Bear by.

Bear was my favorite not only because of his abilities as a receiver, but also the fact that when he wasn't targeted with the ball, you could usually find him blocking someone into the sidelines for a teammate. I LOVED watching him blocking downfield. I wish all of our receivers would play like he did.

RIP Bear. Thanks for the memories.

I always though he would have been a hell of an NFL tight end. RIP Bear.
