Isn’t wrestlestat more like RPI in the sense it’s only based on who you’ve wrestled? Compared to the others that put more opinion into it (correctly so). So not sure I would say wrestle stats are ridiculous, but just a different type of ranking.

Blair, I vary with the rankings but none of them are that accurate in my mind including the coaches poll, Intermat and Flo. Obviously something is wrong when Thomson is ranked 11 but outside of that their rankings by the end of the year are just as accurate as any. Sorry they do not meet your expectations and truly they are not meeting mine but in any event where each wrestler is ranked is a crap shoot anyway.In no case do they rank any OU wrestler ahead of OK State except at 197 which is accurate IMHO.

Williams vs Mcdougold will be one to watch to see how far he’s come. Martin is his highest ranked win so far, (I think).

Completely agree. I think Williams will come out with some intensity we haven’t seen from him yet. Especially after what happened the last time these two met.

Williams in on the legs 3 separate times and couldn’t covert but gave up a TD off a scramble. Late in the match it looked like he gave up mentally. Not his best at all

Very disappointing today from Williams. Otherwise we have looked strong again.
