Damm it. Bears keep giving up short field all game and Brady’s not gonna get 250 pass yards… only thing left in my parlay.
I imagine he sits the 4th but hopefully he stays out there to throw bombs to Evans.

Totally agree. This isn’t Fields this is **** coaching. Nagy needs to go along with the Offensive Coordinator and Defensive Coordinator. I am on the fence with the Offensive line coach because the play calls are horrible.
Line sucks, receivers suck, Kmet is a bust. The only bright spot are the three RBs.

He clearly has a long way to go. But this is a mess far greater than his development. It amazes me that they can run the ball so we’ll buy can’t pass protect a lick.

many times I felt bad for the kid because he had no chance.

He is certainly not without blame, but if you think this is all on him and he’s a bust already I challenge anyone that can tell me who would succeed in this system in these circumstances.

I read these recent posts and I just shake my head at some of them. To me, it's funny how some of you couldn't wait very long to run Cutler and Trubisky out of town. The same people who did that are now saying we have to look at the entire offense. Hell, I was saying that back in the Cutler and Trubisky days. I said back then, no QB could win with that offense and especially the O-line, and the same holds true today. What the hell has changed?

I will be the first to say the O-line is a complete and total mess. It's amazing this team has won a single game. Thank you defense. If this keeps up, I'll tell you what's going to happen. In time, the fans will turn on Fields just like they have done to every QB before him. And regardless of how he plays it won't be all his fault. But it will happen anyway.

Fields is NOT going to reach his true potential as long as he is with this team and these coaches, GMs (and there will be more) and especially these owners. I personally don't think he is ready to play at this level week to week. Not yet anyway. I said that somewhere else in this or another thread earlier. I haven't seen anything out of him yet that makes me think otherwise. But, he's not in a good system with competent coaches. That's the real problem with him.

The 49ers have had their struggles, but I won't be surprised if they come here and win. The offense puts too much pressure on the defense to hold teams to 17 points or less a game. With yesterday's score, the Bears have given up an average of 23 points a game. But the Bears are scoring an average of 14 points a game. Who in hell wins who scores 14 points a game? The real sad thing is, time for this defense to win is being wasted by an embarrassing offense.

Going into the GB game a couple weeks ago, I was optimistic about this team. Two games later and I'm back on hold on the Bears Fan Suicide Hotline.

How convenient that Nagy has Covid right after the bludgeoning. Nice deflection. It’s like a wide open receiver dropping an easy TD pass and feigning injury so we’ll forget what just happened.

Funny how the Packers still win...on the road against an undefeated team...and without their best receivers. Two things. One, Murray is not on Rodgers' level yet. Two, the Bucs and Packers will play in the NFC Championship game again.

I might add the Rams into the mix but yes, your point is well taken

If that happens I predict Brady wins another.

Nagy out as coach maybe the Bears have a chance?? 😛
Does anyone else think it’s odd that our special teams coordinator is the interim coach. Not the offense coordinator or the defense coordinator but our special teams coordinator. The management is a s#it show.

Pretty common. Look at the Raiders or the Rams when Fisher got fired. The ST coordinator has relationships with the most people on the team. Know personnel in all 3 phases

Funny I didn’t even know who he was or that he was a coach for the Bears. 😂

Let’s keep him as the coach! Lol I already like the way the team is playing behind him. Hahaha.
Something about Fields that I really like. He seems really mature not a lot rattles him. Herbert is a gamer. Defense secondary still blows. It’s early but the O-Line looks fine.

Our Kicker might be the best player on the field. Got ya ESL guys! Just kidding don’t kill me for the sarcasm 😊

So typical of this team. Won't be surprised if SF puts another TD on this defense, similar to GB's put-the-game-away drive.

And there it is . . . and when the offense shows some life, the defense sucks--sign of a bad team.

This loss begins the down spiral of this team and both Pace and Nagy need to be fired.

Great effort on defending against a simple pitch out!

In the end, this overrated defense couldn't stop a third and twenty back in SF's zone. A 5-yard sideways pass to Deebo and boom.

Need a safety, nickel, and a corner. Johnson has been solid. Hurts me to say, but getting rid of Kyle Fuller was a huge loss
Seems that Fuller is struggling in Denver. Was benched at one point. From NBS Sports, Broncos are trying to trade him.

"The signing of Fuller hasn’t worked out for the Broncos. He inked a one-year, $9.5 million deal after being cut by the Bears. He was benched in Week Seven against the Browns. He participated in only two snaps in Week Eight against Washington."

They are dumping money. See Von Miller
