How does this whistling mfer keep his teeth? Surely one of our pipe hitters in Omaha can teach that prick some manners.
Already had to hit the mute button in the 1st inning; than damn whistler is at it again. I was there in 2019 and in spite of newspaper statements to the contrary, they let him get away with the entire game when we played Vandy. I complained loud and long directly to stadium management during the game but they never even attempted to shut him up. Man I hope somebody someday shoves a sock down his throat and leaves it there. I ran into a Vandy fan across the street in a bar before our game and told him to NEVER bring that guy to Starkville.
He was the first thing I heard when I turned to the game. Thought it started at 7 - I guess that was EDT.
Note that they're using high speed cameras for close plays. No blurred balls and gloves in Omaha.
Not able to watch today. Are the announcers actually at the game or are they still working from home or the studio?
They are there, even made a comment that the backdrop field was the actual field.
I really have a hard time watching, because the whistler is so awful. It's the worst thing in sports.
I don't even mind when birds wake me up when I'm camping. I don't mind kids yelling when I'm sitting outside. I don't like the sound of dumptrucks but at least they serve a purpose.

Please Arizona, do America a favor.
ETA: Also hate how umpires give their pitchers six inches on either side of the plate. As if they don’t already have enough advantages, let’s give their top 5 picks an extra foot worth of strike zone.
Playing Vandy in baseball is like playing Texas Hold’em against Doyle Brunson with a loaded deck.

Pretty sure they're on site. Arizona just hit a HR and the announcer knew when it left the bat, so I believe they're really there.
Not tied any longer. Rocker hit a batter, then served up a home run. The probably should have taken him out on the visit right before the HR.
Everybody rings a cowbell at Mississippi State games. There are only a couple ******** who whistle every Vandy baseball game. Is it there a special word for people have to call attention to them self every time they're in a particular setting? that's what you would call these ********
That happened a lot when I was coaching and almost every time it led to a big hit. I almost got ejected every time after the hit letting the umpire know what I thought of his inability to call strike three You've got to reward a pitcher who has been pitching well.
6-6 going to the bottom of the 9th. This has been a great game.

Pitcher handled him well once he put him on base and got out of it, but for some reason he looked like he had epilepsy on 3 straight pitches to issue that walk. I thought for sure Vandy was fixing to win it.
It took until the 10th inning, but he finally gave the high strike he’s been giving to Vanderbilt to Arizona.
What are you talking about? They're no tea sippers in Mississippi. T sipper only applies to the University of Texas. Yes, we want 18 innings of baseball and for AZ to come out on top in the end.
