Well, we have 4 guys that are pretty decent at penetrating to the hoop (JPJ, Watson, Roby, and Allen). The sets they seem to be running are those that maximize those talents. When players can get to the hoop, that is a lot of layups / fouls, or kick outs for 3 pointers. Through the first 12 games, it has been pretty successful. I tend to compare it to Scott Frost's offensive philosophy - get guys in space and let their talent take over.

Well with that sort of insight, I completely understand your condescending attitude. That is really profound stuff right there. By "the sets" do you mean the high ball screen? Do you think what you said is anything different than what I said? I think a good indicator of team play (and indicator of team success against equally talented teams) is team assists, which is why I asked earlier about where NU ranks on that list. Noaz and Tru must still be looking it up.

Nebraska is #118 through Dec 18 games at 14.7 APG. Might move up a bit after today's game.

And I prefer to think of it as witty, and not condescending. The same sort of thing I would say to one of my best buddies.

Thank you for the stat. That isn't close to good enough.
