Someone said (might have been Jellyman) that may be Julie knew exactly what she was doing at her Court Club appearance. So far it looks like it has gone exactly the way she wanted it.

with Lesniak yes it was nice what he did and the dialogue helped and I was grateful to him...however I see people on twitter lavishing him with praise as if he is the one running the project or in control of the money. At this point he is more or less pandering his involvement. He gets some credit here but lets not go overboard. Its not like he is ponying up state money

Maybe, but if that was part of a well-planned strategic initiative to get something done she wouldn't have limited her candor to the limited group at CC. She has been silent except when prompted and there's no evidence that she has been in-cahoots with the pro-RU politicians. However I could see her venting her frustration at the CC and hoping folks would get as pissed off as possible. Now that the conversation has started she has the opportunity to build momentum and get it done the right way. Let's see if she delivers.
