If Pope was an actual good coach he would adjust his scheme and figure out what would work with his roster.

Saban did this half way during the season. Completely revamped their offense to fit their QB and they won the title that year.

This is why I hate analytics. It's a krutch for coaches who can't coach. Oats seems to use it correctly.
